The Pentagram of Stockholm
On five different places in the surroundings of Stockholm, Diagram has put the five points of a five pointed star. A Pentagram. The places and angels are carefully selected and calculated so the Pentagram is perfect. And therefor it can fully carry out its task.
To surround Stockholm with a Pentagram was the most efficent way to; protect, enpower, curse, mystify and to make our hometown more feminine. No symbol are more disputed and filled with different beliefs then the Pentagram.
So depending on religious, filosofical or occult beliefs this artwork take different directions.
The five points of the Pentagram is made out of wood, they are placed at the five coordinates:
South point: 59°13.850N - 018°02.983E
West point: 59°23.361N - 018°15.022E
North point: 59°25.394N - 018°01.289E
Northeast point: 59°23.708N - 018°15.015E
Southeast point: 59°16.569N - 018°16.021E
Together they are creating a pentagram with lines stretching 21,5 km from point to point. Almost the entire inner city of Stockholm is inside the borders of the Pentagram.
