This route is for people in San Fransisco:
Start yout yourney at the San Francisco general hospital, the corner 23rd street, Potrero avenue.
Move along 23rd avenue, westbound until you reach 5 Van Ness avenue. Take right (heading north), til you reach 18th street. Take right again. When you reach Harrison street you turn right one more time. You are now moving south and will continue til the intersection at 21st street. Here you turn left, moving along 21st until Hampshire street. Turn left again. Move north and turn left at Mariposa street. Two blocks later turn left again at Bryan street, now moving south.
Move south until 22nd street. Turn left, and turn left again at York street.
When you reach 18th street, turn right onto Potrero avenue.
At 20th street you turn right and move west again for quite a while, until you reach Mission street. Here you turn left and turn left again at 22nd street.
At Treat Avenue you move right. Going south down to 24th street. After two blocks turn right again upon Showell street. At 19th street you turn left, and at Valencia street you turn left, now moving south along Valencia street.
Turn left another time at 23d Street, and yet another time at Capp street.
Turn right at 21st street, and right again at Folsom Street a few blocks later. Move south until 25th street. here you turn right, and later left at Valencia Street. One block south you turn left and move along 16th street eastbound.
Turn left at Alabama street, left at 22nd Street and down south with Harrisson Street. Take left at 24th, and then right at Potrero Avenue. Turn right at 25th Street, left at Bryant Street, left at 26th street and left at Hampshire Street.
Finally take right at 22nd Street, and now you see the Hospital. Turn right one last time at Potrero Avenue. One block away are you at the same place as you started.
